Lawmakers say impending multibillion-dollar FTC fine against Facebook lacks teeth

It’s not enough to hit Facebook with billions of dollars in fines, as the company will likely continue to violate its promise to regulators to better protect users' data, two U.S. senators said in a letter this week.
