Deroy Murdock: New York City's radical push for 'equity' in schools is the very definition of racism

Democrat and New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio and Schools Chancellor Richard Carranza are operating a truly Orwellian scheme wherein the search for “racial equity” requires teachers, principals, and superintendents to treat black students unequally from whites. Specifically, blacks are presumed to be downtrodden victims, while whites constitute a privileged, comfortable elite – never mind any black or white person’s actual circumstances.
