Fluor, Balfour Beatty team up again for $1.7B project along I-635 LBJ East

The Texas Department of Transportation has awarded a joint venture between Fluor Corp. and Balfour Beatty Infrastructure Inc. the design and construction of the I-635 LBJ East Project in Dallas.
