Ohio permanently disbars attorney previously suspended for stealing wine

The Ohio Supreme Court permanently disbarred a Northern Kentucky lawyer accused of charging a divorcee exorbitant fees in a "bait and switch" after promising to represent her for free. He had previously been suspended for shoplifting wine.
