Active senior community in works for former Gehl HQ site in West Bend

Minnesota-based RNT Development LLC has entered into an agreement with the city of West Bend for exclusive rights to a 4.45-acre parcel on the south end of the property, which will become a development operated by Minnesota's New Perspective Senior Living.
