Branson developer will build first Caesars hotel in U.S. without a casino

A Branson-based developer is working on an 11-story, luxury hotel planned to be built near Scottsdale Fashion Square. Caesars Republic Scottsdale will feature 266 rooms, a pool and bar on the seventh floor, a ground-floor restaurant and patio, and a 7,000-square-foot ballroom that leads into a large event lawn.
