ICE puts detainer request on Ukrainian charged in deadly NH biker crash

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has filed a detainer request against a 23-year-old man with a history of traffic arrests accused of killing seven motorcyclists during a fiery collision in New Hampshire last week.
