Judge orders trial for BMO Harris Bank over lost data in Petters scheme

A U.S. bankruptcy judge criticized the bank, which has been pursued for years by a trustee seeking to recover money for victims of the Tom Petters Ponzi scheme, and concluded that BMO Harris "intentionally destroyed" key email backup tapes sought in the case.
