Lawyer at Gay & Chacker charged with diverting clients from firm, pocketing fees

Neil Mittin had worked at the firm founded by former Philadelphia Bar Association Chancellor Ed Chacker for 38 years, the last 10 of which federal prosecutors said he engaged in a scheme to steal numerous cases to outside attorneys, earning millions in referral fees and costs.
