Delta Air Lines CFO Paul Jacobson says the next big area of competition in air travel is not in the passenger cabin but in the airport experience. That, as well as the remodeling of major metro area terminals and addition of multiple tiers of luxury lounges, are part of reimagining the frustrating, stressful airport experience.
