Anesthesiologist, U.S. attorney cut deal to dismiss 2014 fraud charges

U.S. Attorney James Kennedy and Williamsville anesthesiologist Dr. Sreekrishna Cheruvu came to terms on an agreement that will dismiss all criminal charges.
