Yellow socks lead to Pennsylvania man's arrest in 1991 cold case murder of girlfriend, police say

A suspect in the killing of a 27-year-old Pennsylvania woman nearly 30 years ago has been arrested after a pair of yellow socks helped break open the case, investigators said.
