California Gov. Gavin Newsom blasted for skipping funeral of deputy allegedly killed by illegal immigrants

The same day a federal grand jury indicted two illegal immigrants in the killing of Deputy Brian Ishmael, El Dorado Sheriff John D’Agostini took aim during a fiery news conference Thursday at California’s drug and sanctuary policies and singled out Gov. Gavin Newsom for skipping Ishmael’s funeral in favor of a meeting with the state’s reeling power provider.
