Medical centers fight to keep liver transplants close to home, after new policy takes effect

The United Network of Organ Sharing (UNOS) has rolled out a new liver transplant distribution system. early a dozen hospitals across the country filed a lawsuit to try and stop the new policy but a judge ruled in UNOS's favor.
