Triad textile manufacturer pivots to produce reusable copper medical masks

Biomaterials manufacturer Nufabrx has retooled some of its production operations to make medical masks using copper yarn the company says it has tested against bacteria, and in external tests shows promise against viruses, to distribute to health care professionals and other frontline workers in the fight against COVID-19.
