Cuomo says he could shut down restaurants, bars again if social distancing isn't followed

"It is a problem in New York City, it’s a problem in places on Long Island, it’s a problem in places upstate," Gov. Andrew Cuomo said Friday. "You know very well where the congregations were because God bless social media, and they're on TV news and they’ve been written about in the newspapers."
