Hawaii, Guam architecture engineering JV awarded second $100M contract

The indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, architect-engineer contract for design and engineering services, awarded July 10 by the Navy, follows an identical contract and is funded by funds from the governments of Japan and the United States.
