After this years historic election, TheCapitol.Net will hold its Capitol Hill Workshop: 2008 Election program from Wednesday, November 12, 2008 to Friday, November 14, 2008, at the Goethe-Institut in Washington, DC. Each days program will begin at 8:30 a.m. and end at 4:00 p.m.
