- CA Software Change Manager r12 (formerly known as CA Harvest Change Manager) is designed to support IPv6 and FIPS 140-2, and includes more than 200 process and functionality enhancements such as a completely new developer’s interface and modern development environment. While continuing to offer “build forensics” to bridge the production application back to its source code and ease audit processes for compliance needs, CA Software Change Manager r12 has simplified the entire build process by integrating the OpenMake user interface within the CA Software Change Manager interface so developers can see the build while continuing to code.
