IDT and Digi-Key Enter Distribution Agreement

IDT® (Integrated Device Technology, Inc.) (NASDAQ:IDTI), a leading provider of essential mixed signal semiconductor solutions that enrich the digital media experience, and electronic component distributor Digi-Key today announced that they have entered into a distribution agreement, making the IDT product line available through Digi-Key’s web sites. IDT products stocked by Digi-Key will also be featured in future print catalogs.

With hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide, Digi-Key represents approximately 400 product lines and is committed to stocking all of the products it features in its print catalogs. This new agreement will afford IDT the opportunity to sell its products to Digi-Key’s diverse customers.
