Defense Solutions Holding, Inc. Comments on News Article

Defense Solutions Holding, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: DFSH), an international project management, executive consulting, and business development firm, commented today on the article published by DefenseNews on January 12, 2009 in which it was reported that the Iraqi Army is planning to buy as many as 2,000 T-72 tanks which would be modernized and upgraded to T-91s under a contract managed by Defense Solutions. While Defense Solutions has made proposals to the US Government Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program in anticipation of being awarded a contract to supply the Iraqi Army, its bid has not yet been accepted and no assurance can be given that Defense Solutions will be a selected bidder or will ultimately enter into an agreement for all or part of the Iraqi requirements.

Defense Solutions previously rebuilt and delivered 77 T-72 main battle tanks to Iraq under a contract awarded by the Iraqi Ministry of Defense in 2005.
