Whap! Pow! John Madden to end 30-year broadcasting career

John Madden, Hall of Fame coach of the Oakland Raiders and the only man to serve as lead color analyst of NFL telecasts on all four of the major broadcast networks, has decided to retire from broadcasting, NBC Sports said Thursday.
