Foundation of Halloween Indicator remains strong

The so-called "Sell in May and Go Away" philosophy, also known as the "Halloween Indicator," has many of its erstwhile followers believing it has stopped working. Jumping back into the market during the winter months has led to losses two years in a row now. But Mark Hulbert isn't so sure their arguments are sound.
