Drug stocks diverge; Medicines Co. tanks

BOSTON (MarketWatch) -- Drug stocks diverged in early trading Wednesday, while shares of The Medicines Company tanked on news that it was discontinuing a key Phase III testing program for its new blood-thinner due to poor results.
