Yangtze Power reported buying more of Three Gorges

Shares of China Yangtze Power resume trading for the first time in more than a year, following a report that the utility company plans to take greater control of the Three Gorges hydroelectric facilities by acquiring $15.76 billion in assets from its parent company.
