Global Compliance Announces the Appointment of James P. Burke as Chief Executive Officer

Global Compliance Services, Inc., a leading global provider of compliance, risk management, governance, and ethical consulting solutions, announced the appointment of James P. Burke as Chief Executive Officer effective today.

Mr. Burke joins Global Compliance from Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) where he held a variety of senior leadership roles including President, Global Information Services and Chief Quality Officer, President, U.S. Customer Segments, and Senior Vice President, Global Solutions and Chief Marketing Officer.

Prior to joining D&B, Mr. Burke was Chief Development Officer of Prudential's e-Business Group and Head of Internet Marketing at First USA Bank. He also held marketing leadership roles at MCI Communications and served as a captain in the U.S. Marine Corps. He currently serves on the Boards of two charitable organizations, Covenant House and Tuesday's Children.
