China-related stock drops often moderate: Bespoke

SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- When a sharp retreat in Chinese stocks spills over into the U.S. stock market, as happened Monday, the sell-off often moderates by day's end, say analysts at Bespoke Investment Research.
