In a deal valued at approximately $860 million, Omega Healthcare Investors (NYSE: OHI) will purchase the majority of the healthcare net lease portfolio of CapitalSource Inc. (NYSE: CSE). Shares of Omega rose 47 cents to close at $18.11 while CapitalSource stock gained 34 cents to close at $4.05.
