The round was led by Noro-Moseley Partners, with participation from previous investors C& B Capital, Intersouth Partners, and Harbert Ventures.

PeopleMatter signed more than 1,000 units in the first quarter of 2011 alone since launching the platform in September 2010. First quarter customers include customers such as Flash Foods, Noodles and Company, Boloco and Papa Gino's.
