The addition of Gary Douville highlights CTG’s commitment to acquiring top level talent that supports growth and the rapid expansion of our end markets as well as integration of leaders in the industry. “We are excited to have Gary as a member of our Leadership team,” states CTG President and CEO Kevin Ruelas continuing, “Gary brings experience and a proven track record of success in the Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma areas, which will be invaluable to CTG’s recently launched Lean Initiatives.”

Gary graduated from University of Connecticut in Storrs, CT with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and has a Master’s of Science in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Hartford, CT. Prior to accepting this position, he served as VP of Operations at In-Touch Health in Santa Barbara, as General Manager of Textron Systems in Santa Barbara, and at a number of sites worldwide for General Electric, Consumer and Industrial Systems.
