--Senior unsecured notes at 'BBB-';

--Guaranteed unsecured notes at 'BBB-'.

The Rating Outlook is Positive.

The ratings have been withdrawn for business reasons, and Fitch will no longer provide rating coverage of RAI and its subsidiaries.
