("GGX" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: GGX)(OTCBB: GGXCF)(BERLIN: A0LGDN)(FRANKFURT: POZ) - Mr Randy Hayward President, announces that 15,398,333 common share purchase warrants (the "Warrants"), exercisable at $0.20 per share, and having an original expiry date of July 13, 2012, have been extended by one year and will now expire on July 13, 2013. The warrants were originally issued July 13, 2010. All other terms and conditions of the Warrants remain the same.

The application to amend the warrants is subject to the TSX Venture Exchange's acceptance, and the Company makes no assurances that the required acceptance for the extension of the term of the warrants will be granted.
