With the July 4th holiday upon us, the grinding action is not a surprise. The market open, after an active overnight session, gave no tell to the bears or bulls. Some bulls might be waiting for the market to come back to them and then jump, i.e. market might move to the 200-Day SMA, but some bears might be looking to fail and break that level.
