ODW Logistics Names Ted Nikolai Chief Operating Officer

ODW Logistics, Inc., a Columbus based leading 3PL provider of integrated supply chain, warehouse and transportation solutions, has named Ted Nikolai as Chief Operating Officer. A commercial operations and finance executive with 25 years of experience, Mr. Nikolai will lead the national warehouse, IT, and supply chain innovation teams and play a central role in leading ODW Logistics’ goal to grow margin, profitability and double revenues by the year 2020.

Nikolai comes to ODW Logistics from Exel, a division of DHL, where he was Chief Commercial Officer and led real estate, operations excellence, commercial contract management, IT, procurement, risk management and legal functional teams that supported the contract logistics business in the Americas. Prior to his CCO role, Ted was President of Exel automotive, engineering & manufacturing, and chemicals & energy divisions.

Ted graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in accounting and is a non-practicing Certified Public Accountant in the state of Ohio. He is active in the Columbus community and supports fundraising efforts for Ohio State University’s James Cancer Hospital and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Ted lives in Columbus with his wife and 2 daughters.
