The "People’s Choice" Award Represents the Best Overall Podcast

While this award signifies the best overall podcast, The Fantasy Footballers also won an award in the Sports and Recreation category.
According to PodcastAwards.com, The People's Choice Podcast Awards was created to give fans a way to appreciate their favorite shows. The panel performed a peer/listening review of the top 25 nominated shows before picking the top 10 of each category. Over the next two weeks, the public voted every day for their favorite shows, and the voting process concludes with a worldwide live online event in which the winners were announced.
The Fantasy Footballers are extremely excited to have taken home this honor, as it was the first time that they were eligible for the awards. The Fantasy Footballers fans, best known as the #FootClan, have helped make the podcast the highest rated podcast on iTunes for Fantasy Sports.
The show offers year-round fantasy football strategies, advice, interviews, news, and more, and has released over 200 episodes to date.
