Reinmuth Moves From Acting To Official ERA Head
WASHINGTON, DC / ACCESSWIRE / July 12, 2016 / Acting Electronic Retailing Association (ERA) head Chris Reinmuth has been formally appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Association, where he will oversee ERA operations and lead the Association's continuing expansion into all areas of electronic and digital direct-to-consumer marketing.
Reinmuth assumes his ERA leadership post with nearly two decades of experience in Direct Marketing. An industry-recognized business development and sales strategist, Reinmuth played an integral role in three high-profile acquisitions, including AEGON Direct Marketing's acquisition of JCPenney Direct Marketing in 2000 for over $2billion, Vantiv's acquisition of Litle for $361mm in 2012, and the 2014 acquisition of Meritus Payment Solutions for $210mm by Optimal Payments. A member of ERA's Board of Directors for the past five years, Reinmuth served as a key contributor to the Association's successful expansion into multiple channels of direct marketing, including e-commerce. Prior to his appointment as ERA's President and CEO, Reinmuth was in charge of marketing and sales for Austin-based Biotrust Nutrition, where he was responsible for managing its expansive email and affiliate marketing operations.
