ST. LOUIS, Dec. 5, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Monsanto Company (NYSE: MON) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock of 30 cents per share. The dividend is payable on Jan. 27, 2012 to shareowners of record on Jan. 6, 2012. It relates to the first quarter of the company's 2012 fiscal year.
