Europe stocks off, Spain up after Moody’s rating

European stock markets on Wednesday partly erase the prior day’s steep gains, although Spanish stocks and bonds rally after Moody’s Investors Service affirmed the country’s credit rating at Baa3, keeping it out of junk status for now.
