SJW Corp. Announces Dividend Increase and Sets Date for 2014 Full-Year and Fourth Quarter Results Announcement

SJW Corp. (NYSE:SJW) announces today that the Board of Directors approved a $0.03 per share increase in the annual dividend to $0.78 per share. A quarterly dividend of $0.195 per share is payable on March 2, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 9, 2015.

SJW Corp. will release its 2014 full-year and fourth quarter financial results after the close of the market on Thursday, February 19, 2015. W. Richard Roth, Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer, and James P. Lynch, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, will review the results in a webcast presentation at 10:00 A.M. (PT) on Friday, February 20, 2015. Interested parties may access the webcast at the web site www.sjwcorp.com. An archive of the webcast will be available until April 27, 2015.
