On
December 29, 2007, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of
DXP
Enterprises, Inc. (the “Company”) in accordance with the employment agreement
dated effective as of January 1, 2004, between the Company and David R. Little,
elected to increase the annual base salary for David Little from $348,000 to
$448,000.
