Synthetic Biologics, Inc. (the “Company”) will be making several investor presentations over the next several weeks, including a presentation at the 2018 Biotech Showcase on Tuesday, January 9, 2018, in San Francisco, California. In connection with the presentations, the Company intends to discuss the slide presentation attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto, which is incorporated herein by reference.
