Regulation FD Disclosure On January 21, 2004, the Company announced that its Board of Directors had declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.28 per share, payable on the number of shares held prior to the 4-for-3 stock split that was declared on January 15, 2004 and that is to be paid in the form of a 33-1/3% stock dividend on February 17, 2004. Like the stock dividend, the cash dividend will be payable on the 17th of February to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 2, 2004. The $0.28 per share dividend is 12% higher than the dividend paid in the fourth quarter of 2003 and 87% higher than the dividend paid in the fourth quarter of 2002.
