                             RESULTS CONFERENCE CALL

YAVNE, ISRAEL - NOVEMBER 4, 2009 - G. WILLI-FOOD INTERNATIONAL LTD. (NASDAQ:

quality kosher food products, today issued a correction to its October 29, 2009
press release entitled "G. Willi-Food to Announce Third Quarter Fiscal 2009
Financial Results on November 11th". The original release incorrectly stated the
international dial-in number for the Company's November 11 conference call to
discuss its third quarter 2009 financial results. The correct international
