Orfalea, Lance W. Helfert and R. Atticus Lowe (the members of the Investment Committee of West Coast Asset Management, Inc. who exercise shared voting and investment power over the shares). Each of the filing persons disclaims beneficial ownership of the shares except to the extent of his or its pecuniary interest therein.
