On April 6, 2010, Monro Muffler Brake, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the declaration by its Board of Directors of the final quarterly cash dividend for fiscal 2010 of $.07 per share. The dividend is payable on April 19, 2010 to shareholders of record on April 9, 2010. In addition, the Company announced that the Board of Directors had approved a $.02 increase in the Company’s cash dividend for the first quarter of fiscal year 2011 to $.09 per share, representing an increase of 28.6% from the quarterly dividends paid in fiscal 2010. The cash dividend is payable on June 18, 2010 to shareholders of record as of June 8, 2010. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
