On October 24, 2012, Entropic Communications, Inc., a Delaware corporation, issued a press release announcing, among other things, its financial results for the three and nine month periods ended September 30, 2012. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
