(e) On April 30, 2018, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors (the Compensation Committee) of Trimble Inc. (the Company) approved base salary increases for Mr. Steven W. Berglund, President & Chief Executive Officer and Mr. Robert Painter, Chief Financial Officer. Effective May 1, 2018, Mr. Berglunds base salary will increase from $886,000 to $1,002,000 and Mr. Painters base salary will increase from $415,000 to $518,750. The Compensation Committee also approved smaller increases in base salary, effective May 1, 2018, for certain other named executive officers.
