On July 29, 2010, Wynn Resorts, Limited issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the second quarter of 2010. The press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1. On July 29, 2010, the Board of Directors of Wynn Resorts, Limited declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share of its outstanding common stock. This cash dividend will be payable on August 26, 2010 to stockholders of record on August 12, 2010.
