NEW FORM OF RESTRICTED STOCK AGREEMENT WITH ANNUAL VESTING OVER THREE YEARS FOR EXECUTIVE OFFICERS
On February 19, 2009, the Compensation Committee of the Company’s Board of Directors approved a new form of restricted stock agreement with annual vesting over three years to be used for any future grants of restricted stock with annual vesting provisions for executive officers. The foregoing description of the form of restricted stock agreement is qualified in its entirety by reference to the form of restricted stock agreement which is attached as Exhibit 10.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
