On April 22, 2008, the Company’s Board of Directors amended the Herman Miller, Inc. Bylaws to change the required retirement age for directors from age 70 to age 72. A copy of the Company’s Amended and Restated Bylaws is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
